Francis comes to private practice after more than a decade of in-house and law firm work. He has served as Director and In-House Counsel at a wealth management firm, Legal Counsel at a digital payments and financial technology company, and Legal Counsel at a telecommunications operator. He began his career in commercial litigation and corporate practice at a full service commerical law firm.

That mix matters. A decade inside regulated businesses means Francis knows what general counsel, founders, and individual clients actually need from their (outside) counsel — and what they don't. The goal is clear advice and commercial judgment, focused on the decision in front of you.
